I'm Charlie Salerno—a suburban kid with dreams big enough to fill Lake Michigan. Picture this: me, growing up in the shadow of Chicago, dreaming of NFL glory or Hollywood stardom. Spoiler alert: my NFL career fizzled faster than a firework in a rainstorm.

So, what's a guy to do when life throws a curveball?

Fresh off the graduation stage at the University of Missouri, where I initially dipped my toes into the ink-stained waters of Journalism (thanks, Mom and Dad, for the inspiration), I found myself diving headfirst into the wild world of acting.

From penning headlines to crafting characters, it didn't take long for me to realize where my heart truly belonged. Acting classes, student films—suddenly, the stage felt like home. So, I switched majors to Communication, charting a course smoother than a Hollywood leading man's pick-up lines. Graduation day rolled around faster than a casting call, and before I knew it, I was back in the Windy City, soaking up the familiar vibes for a hot minute.

But the siren song of LA beckoned, and with a trunk full of dreams and a heart full of hustle, I hit the road once more and drove to beautiful California. 

And as for the rest? Well, let's just say I’m ready to tackle whatever life—or the casting director—throws my way.
